Sorry about not posting yesterday.  I finished up my meetings in San Antonio and headed back to Fort Worth.  I was able to get in an awesome 80 minute jog in zone 2 and then took a nice hour long walk with my wife and two daughters after.  So I got some great exercise yesterday.  I needed it.  I was sleep deprived from the meetings.  We went from 7-9 or 10 everyday.  It starts to take a toll on you after a while.

I’m pretty excited about my weight.  Yesterday I was 203.2 and today 202.4.  I’m getting closer and closer to the dreaded 200 barrier.  I’m hoping to smash right through.

My weekly weight loss from yesterday 1.2 pounds.  However, if you look at the trend I’m down 2.

This week was pretty hard but rewarding.  I was bombarded with sweets and huge dinners all week.  I think my success comes from me deciding that I wasn’t going to be a victim of circumstance.  I mean I packed a scale for crying out loud.  But if you want extraordinary results you have to quit doing what didn’t work. 

Eating according to NSNG, low carb, and paleo is incredibly rewarding but also very different for me.  It’s going to take time.  The good news is that natural foods with sugar are starting to taste very sweet to me.  Heck last night my broccoli tasted like a dessert.

    You’re doing good Randy, to make it throguh a week like that is good going, well done.
    It may have been in a previous post, are you trying for dietary ketosis? You may need to increase your fat percentage, into those avocados!

      Mark I am aiming for ketosis. Overall my main objective is weight loss. I seem to be moving in the wrong direction right now though.
